Time Reports

The settings on this section are applicable to all Time in Status reports.

1. Maximum no of issues to Export: You can set how many issues can be exported to Excel from time in status and time with assignee screens. Max number allowed is 5000.

2. Working Hours: Configure the working hours for your firm. The timings set here will be used to calculate the time in status.

3. Working Days: The working days of your firm can be set from here. The days which are not selected will not be used to calculate the time in status.
