How to upgrade to Capacity Planner Paid Version

To upgrade to the paid version of Capacity Planner, please follow the below steps (accessible for Jira Admins)

1. From Jira’s top navigation, click on Apps → Manage Apps and for the “Capacity Planner” app, click on “Paid Update” button as shown below

   2. Once you click the Paid Update button, the app will be installed and you will see a success message with
a Close button. Click on “Close”.

3. Click on “Free Trial” button to start your free trial (see below). This will start your 30 days free trial for
Capacity Planner.

4. Once trial finishes, the next billing cycle will include the Capacity Planner cost added to the Jira
billing estimate
