Burn down gadget gives a quick overview of the effort being burned by the team. It helps Agile teams monitor remaining work and predict whether they are on track to complete their goals.. After adding the Sprint Burndown gadget, you can configure the same with the values for the below fields as per your need.

Configuration Fields :

  1. Estimation Type :

    1. Hours

    2. Issue Count

    3. Story Points

  2. Story Points Field :

This field allows you to select the Story Points field being used in your Jira instance.

  1. Project :
    Select your Agile Project

  2. Board :

Select your project board with this field.

  1. Select Sprint :
    Select your Sprint

  2. Issue types to consider :

The gadget allows you to configure your issue types. If your team uses only User Stories for calculating Story Points then select only Stories here, and so on.

  1. Exclude weekends : Yes / No

After saving the configuration, you will see the gadget as below
