Agile Tools add-on looks for the “Story Points” and “Time Tracking” fields in Projects. Ensure you’re using these fields to estimate issues.

Please follow the below steps to enable the same

  1. Navigate to Administration -> Issues -> Screens

a.      Select your project’s “<Project Name>: Scrum Default Issue Screen”. Click on Configure

b.      Add the following fields to this screen

         i.      Time Tracking

         ii.      Story Points
