Mermaid Diagrams for Confluence

You can easily embed your Mermaid Diagrams in a Confluence page by following the steps below.

  1. Open your Confluence page and click on “Edit” button on top right.

  2. Insert a macro on your page by typing “/” or clicking on t he “+” icon.

  3. Select the macro “Mermaid Diagrams for Confluence” as shown in the screenshot below

  1. After inserting the macro, the following window is shown:

  1. By Default the Flow chart diagram is shown. You can choose any other diagram by clicking on the Templates button.

6. For FlowChart diagram only, there is Playground option available which helps you to drag drop your chart attributes.

  1. Once you are done creating your diagram, you can name and save it using the Save button.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

**Can I edit the page later in the standard Confluence editor?**

Yes. Content is converted to native Confluence format.

**Does this work with existing pages?**

Yes. Existing pages can be opened and edited using Mermaid Editor.
