Swagger for Confluence

You can easily embed your Swagger API definitions in a Confluence page by following the steps below.

  1. Open your Confluence page and click on “Edit” button on top right.

  2. Insert a macro on your page by typing “/” or clicking on t he “+” icon.

  3. Select the macro “Swagger API for Confluence” as shown in the screenshot below

  1. After inserting the macro, the following window is shown:

  1. Enter your Swagger API URL in the text box. Eg. “https://petstore.swagger.io/v2/swagger.json“

  2. Click on “Load Swagger” button and then click on “Save” if you want to save this url.

  1. If your Swagger URL is protected and needs Authentication, the following pop up will be shown once the Swagger URL is entered and the “Load Swagger” button is clicked.

  2. Enter the credentials and the Swagger API will load.
