Data Security and Privacy Statement - RVS Softek apps

Overview

This is a data security and privacy statement for RVS Softek apps on monday.com marketplace.

App Architecture

The apps work on the client side only. All required raw data is fetched using APIs on your client (browser) and then processed to be displayed.

Privacy

We do not collect any personal data from your use of our plugin. Additional information we receive is licensing information through monday.com marketplace API.

Cloud Apps

Permissions Scope

Our plugin requires read permission to be able to read your issues. We also need write permission to write issue data entered through our apps.

Data Storage

No personally identifiable data are stored on our servers. The app runs completely client-side only.

For Time Tracking plug-in we are storing the following data in our database :

1. User ID

2. Time Spent

3. Item ID

4. Comments

5. We store every tenant's data in their separate schema.

Data Retention

Upon receiving uninstall request, we will delete their schema on the nearest weekend. If customer choses to re-install the app within this time, they will not lose the data - otherwise they will be registered as a fresh tenant on re-install

Except for above, all the data collected and stored by the plug-ins is stored in the customer's monday.com database.

Hosting

Our servers are hosted on Akamai cloud platform and are only hosted on nodes that operate within the United States.
